"Looks Great, But It Became Part of My Routine Fast"
When I first set it up, I was impressed. It looked nice in the space, worked the way it was supposed to, and I was excited to have it running. After a little while though, I started realizing there was more upkeep than I had pictured. The cleaning, refilling, and checking the nutrients all add up. None of it is really difficult, but it does become one more thing to keep track of. I still think it’s a nice setup, I just wish I had expected the maintenance side of it a bit more going in.

"Quiet enough most of the time"
I’ve been happy with it overall. The setup was easy, and it’s quieter than I thought it would be. There’s a little low hum when the pump or fan kicks on, but in my kitchen it’s not really a big deal. At night I do notice it a bit more, so if it was just a touch quieter then... yeah, probably 5 stars for me.

"Getting this set up took way longer than..."
Getting this set up took way longer than it should have. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to look up videos just to figure out the next step. I also had to chase them for help, which was frustrating. Once it was finally done it was okay, but the whole setup process was more annoying than I expected

"Fair price, but the extras add up"
For what I paid, I feel good about it. It’s not like I found some crazy bargain or anything, but the quality/value made sense and I didn’t walk away feeling like I got ripped off, which is more than I can say for a lot of stuff lately. My only gripe is the shipping and little extras, why does everything have to sneak up at checkout? If those were a bit lower, I’d probably give it 5 stars...

I’ve gotta say, my basil and lettuce really took off in the iHarvest. Like... way faster than I expected. The roots look super healthy, and I’m already picking leaves every few days. So yeah, happy with it so far

"Delivery was on time, but I still had a few little complaints"
The delivery did come when they said it would, so I’ll give them that. It showed up on time and nothing was missing, but I kept checking for updates because the tracking wasn’t very clear, and the tracking could’ve been better. The box was fine overall, though it looked a little scuffed, and I just wish they handled that part better. So yeah, it arrived on time, but the tracking and packaging could really use some work

I grabbed a few accessories from igworks.com , and they felt really well made right out of the package . Nothing seemed cheap or flimsy at all .

Everything fit the way it was supposed to , and getting the parts set up was straightforward . I’ve been using them for a little while now , and they’re still holding up just fine .

Overall , I’m happy with what I got . If I end up needing more things for my setup , I’d feel good ordering from them again

My order from igworks showed up in good shape overall. The box had a small dent on one corner, but it wasn’t a big deal since everything inside was totally fine.

The parts were wrapped securely and easy to sort through. There was maybe a little more plastic than needed, but the packaging did what it was supposed to do, so I’m happy with it. 4 stars.

I’ve been using my iHarvest for about a year now, and it’s held up really well. Compared to a couple of cheaper setups I’ve used before, this one feels a lot sturdier. The frame hasn’t warped or gotten wobbly, and all the parts still fit together snugly even after I’ve moved it around a few times. There’s one small scuff, but nothing I’d really care about. "Solid harvests once I figured it out"
In the end, I’m happy with my igworks setup and the harvests have been better than I expected. After a few months, I’ve gotten a steady amount of lettuce and herbs out of a small space, and those have definitely been the standouts for me.
Getting there took a little experimenting, especially with the light schedule and nutrients, so it wasn’t totally plug-and-play at first. Once I got things dialed in, though, it’s been reliable. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the setup tips were a bit clearer.

"Wish I’d Reached Out Sooner"
I had an issue with my order and wish I’d contacted support earlier instead of waiting around. Customer service got back to me quickly and helped get it sorted out. It did take a little bit to fully fix, but overall I had a good experience.
